The HARBOR Experience

Leadership Formation
Participants grow as thoughtful, confident leaders through guided reflection, coaching, and practical leadership development. The Harbor helps emerging leaders understand their gifts, strengthen their leadership voice, and develop the skills needed to influence their communities.
Mentorship & Community
Leadership doesn’t happen alone. Participants are surrounded by mentors and a cohort of peers who encourage, challenge, and walk alongside them. This network becomes a space for honest conversation, shared learning, and lasting relationships.
Purpose & Sending
The Harbor helps leaders connect their faith, calling, and vocation. Participants are equipped to step into opportunities with clarity and purpose—ready to lead where God is already at work in their communities.
