Share What You Know
You may have years of experience, wisdom, or simply a perspective that could make a difference in a young leader’s life. As a Navigator, you have the opportunity to share what you’ve learned, ask meaningful questions, and help someone recognize strengths they may not yet see in themselves. Sometimes, what feels ordinary to you can become deeply formative for someone else.
Grow Through Guiding
You may begin as someone who simply wants to encourage a young leader and discover that the relationship changes you, too. Listening well, asking better questions, and making space for someone else’s growth can deepen your own leadership and understanding of how you serve others. The Harbor gives you tools and support to grow as you learn to guide.
Invest Beyond The Harbor
For some Navigators, one young leader becomes the beginning of a broader commitment to mentoring and developing others. You may discover that helping people grow is a meaningful part of your own vocation, leadership, or ministry. For some, the Harbor experience becomes a catalyst to continue investing in young leaders long after the program journey ends.
