Training for Navigators & Leaders
Overview
Like a lighthouse, Navigators offer steady guidance and support to Young Leaders as they prepare to be sent out. This training introduces practical leadership tools and a shared framework for one-on-one mentorship, rooted in spiritual growth. Through a combination of lecture and table discussions attendees will be given leadership tools to put into practice. Together, we can walk with purpose to help Young Leaders grow in faith, lead with confidence, and step into their vocation ready to share the hope of Christ.
No Leader Walks Alone
Participants will engage in open, empathetic dialogue, enhancing mutual understanding and strengthening collaborative leadership skills.
Strategic Tools
This workshop utilizes strategic tools like self-assessments and reflective exercises to enhance emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.
Practical Implementation
Equipping participants with actionable strategies and tools to apply emotional intelligence principles directly within their leadership roles.
