In September 2025, the executive director of The Harbor Leadership Collective had the privilege of presenting at a collaborative church event called the "Loved + Sent Summit." This event took place in St. Louis, Missouri, and gathered nearly 200 leaders from across the U.S. to explore the question of "who's next."

The presentations featured the Lutheran Mission Society - San Diego, GenConnect - Minneapolis, and The Harbor Leadership Collective - St. Louis. Each presenter demonstrated how their ministry efforts addressed the question of who's next.

This event offered a fantastic opportunity to network with Christian leaders in ministry, gain insights during breakout sessions, and highlight significant ministry work.

Reflection on Ministry Leaders

Spending time with ministry leaders was not only fruitful but also reassuring. It highlighted that the work we all do is not only needed but also impactful to the kingdom. The connections made and the shared experiences highlighted the collective mission we are all part of, reinforcing our commitment to serving our communities and advancing the gospel.
